Orders and Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
Shipping is free on select products or during promotional periods. Otherwise, shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team with your order ID. We’ll assist you immediately.
You can request a change within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been dispatched yet.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 100% refund if a product is found to be inconsistent with our certified lab reports or damaged during delivery. Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Date of delivery
Description of the issue
Valid proof (photos, videos, or reports)
Our team will review and get back to you promptly.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method or direct bank transfer.
No. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, contaminated, or fails to meet lab-tested standards. Personal taste or preference does not qualify for a refund.
We do not currently offer exchanges. You may place a new order after your refund is processed.
